Proof of COVID vaccination

Please do not contact the GP Surgery to ask for a covid-19 vaccination passport or status certificate – we will not be able to provide any standard document. International certification standards have not yet been agreed.

The Scottish Government is working to support the re-opening of international travel, once it is safe to do so. They are working with the other UK nations and the World Health Organisation to agree on potential future covid-19 certification requirements for international travel. As part of this, Scottish Government is developing a technical solution that could allow people to access their covid-19 vaccination status directly.

Repeat Prescriptions

blue pillsIf you are prescribed long term medication you will be issued with a repeat prescription request slip. This is printed on a tear off sheet next to your prescription.

A few days before you need a further supply of your medication complete the request slip and take or post it to the surgery. We will organise your prescription within two working days of receipt.

If you have run out of your medication and need a prescription immediately, please inform the receptionist.

If you wish your prescription to be taken directly to one of the local pharmacies please let us know (allow two full working days).

If you stop taking any medication please help us to keep your records up to date by scoring it off the list.

Repeat prescription requests are not taken over the phone as this would result in the phone being constantly engaged.

You can also order your prescription online.  Please click on the Online Services link on the left hand side of the page for further information.
