Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

The Practice has introduced new measures in order to protect both patients and staff.
Appointments
If you are in need of medical assistance, please contact the Surgery and pass on the details to our reception staff who will arrange for your call to be triaged by a Doctor/Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
Nurses appointments are available for urgent injections and dressings. All pill checks, HGV medicals and travel advice/injections have been cancelled until further notice.
If you are asked to attend the surgery for an appointment, you will be required to wear a face covering in order to protect our staff and other patients. Unfortunately we are unable to supply face masks.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED TO DO SO.
Prescriptions
Please continue to order your repeat prescriptions in the same way. Please use the online ordering system if you can. Otherwise, place your repeat slip in the box located at the main exit of the Surgery.
It is not possible to pick up a prescription at the Surgery. If you are unsure where your prescription has been sent, please call us and we will let you know.
Medical certificates/letters
If you have requested a medical certificate or letter, we will post this out to you. (For letters any fees must be paid online in advance).
If you are self isolating, please click on the link below for further information from NHS inform regarding an isolation note. This would replace the Medical Certificate from your GP.
Exemptions to wearing face coverings
The GP does not provide letters of exemption. Further information can be found at:
