Primary Care Occupational Therapy Service
Occupational Therapists help people to manage everyday activities (occupations) that matter to them. This includes activities:
At home - e.g. dressing, bathing, housework, cooking and hobbies
At work - e.g. paid work, volunteering, education and carer roles
In the community - e.g. getting about, shopping, socialising and being active
Are any of the following affecting how you manage the day-to-day activities that matter to you?
Anxiety or low mood
Falls of fear of falling
Work-life balance
Frailty
Fatigue
Feeling isolated
Pain
Stress
Low self-esteem
If the answer is YES and you are aged 16 or over, you can refer yourself to the Occupational Therapist at the Surgery.
