We welcome feedback and suggestions as a positive way of improving services.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the service you have received, please let us know.  We operate a practice complaints procedure in line with national NHS guidelines; copies of the procedure are available from reception staff and our Practice Manager, Fiona Gormley will be happy to speak to you on any matter of concern.
