NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

After 28th August, we will no longer offer 48 hour appointments. The following options will be available

- If you need URGENT medical attention that day, please contact the surgery to arrange a triage call with the duty doctor

- If it is not urgent, you can call any time but appointments will only be booked up to one week in advance for a GP/ANP

- Register for online services and book online

Comments & Complaints

We welcome feedback and suggestions as a positive way of improving services.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the service you have received, please let us know.  We operate a practice complaints procedure in line with national NHS guidelines; copies of the procedure are available from reception staff and our Practice Manager, Fiona Gormley will be happy to speak to you on any matter of concern.
